Package A

  • Starting at 1st months rent (Re Tenant)
  • Marketing and advertising of property on multiple websites, online portals, and classified listings.
  • Answering phone calls of perspective tenants.
  • Review of credit report and screening of applicants
  • Negotiation preparation, and execution of lease.
  • Collection of security deposit and first month's rent.

Package B

  • Starting at 1st months rent, plus 10% of monthly rent amount.
  • Marketing and advertising of property on multiple websites, online portals, and classified listings.
  • Answering phone calls of perspective tenants.
  • Review of credit report and screening of applicants
  • Negotiation, preparation, and execution of lease
  • Collection of security deposit and first month's rent
  • Initial utility monitoring
  • Monthly rent collections
  • Rent Statements and 7 day notices
  • Filing court papers (Additional fines/costs)
  • Court appearances
  • Filing writ (if required)

                                                                   Package C

  • Starting at 1st months rent, plus 10% of monthly rent amount  and initial $300.00 for legal (Starting)
  • Marketing and advertising of property on multiple websites, online portals, and classified listings.
  • Answering phone calls of perspective tenants.
  • Review of credit report and screening of applicants
  • Negotiation, preparation, and execution of lease
  • Collection of security deposit and first month's rent
  • Initial utility monitoring
  • Monthly rent collections
  • Rent Statements and 7 day notices
  • Filing court papers (Additional fines/costs)
  • Court appearances
  • Filing writ (if required)
  • 24 hour emergency phone calls
  • Maintenance repairs (Additional charge)
  • Water bills sent to tenants and owners
  • Monthly breakdowns

***All fees, monitoring costs, and fines are charged and due upon first month's rent collection and deposit.

***Legal rate may change, based on court costs.

Assessing Properties

  • $125.00 per. property
  • Pictures of property
  • Report of condition of property

***(If the property is fully secured we will not go inside to assess, upon wanting a quote to start the work we will then go in to quote the property for no extra charge)
